SECTIONS OF WORK

My project is split into 2 main sections - research for educational materials and design of the vaccination passport.

Research

For my research, I mainly spoke to my mentor, a practicing Veterinarian in Singapore and did my research online with websites of organisations whose guidelines are currently followed in Singapore. I also looked at other pet vaccination passports already published in Singapore and overseas.

RESEARCH

This document contains a compiled list of information that I have researched on and will be including in my booklet. Most of this information is from my mentor, learning facilitator and online resources such as guidelines published by various organisations and videos.

DRAFT

This document reflects my drafts and progress over time. I decided to work on my booklet section by section, giving myself one week to design each section. The weeks in which I completed each section is included at the top of the first page of each section in bold.

PROTOTYPE

This document contains my final product, after consulting with my mentor and facilitator and getting their feedback. It is an improvement of my draft and contains some things that were not included in my drafts, such as a new section for records of other procedures.

LEARNING LOGS

This document contains my learning logs for all my meetings with my learning facilitator during this project. The learning logs are minutes of all the meetings held, and serves as a proof that the meeting was held.
